1. Opinion: We can't predict the future, or what situations others may find
themselves in, so it's a bad idea to make an absolute pronouncement here.

2. Chair evaluation: You are in the rough on this one; you are the only one
who wants this to be written as an exhaustive list.  Let's move on.

3. Because many people don't properly use or understand the distinction
between "i.e." and "e.g.", I think it's better (and easy enough) to avoid
them.  Murray, please consider changing to "for example", "such as", or
some similar English replacement.
