The International Programs Office
seeks a Secretary.
 
The Secretary reports directly to the International Programs Officer. The 
duties and
responsibilities of the Secretary are as follows:
  
1.      Prepares correspondences, agenda/materials
of the meeting, specialized reports and other office documents.
2.      Attends to calls, internal and external
clients, and sets appointments/meeting schedules.
3.      Maintains and keeps pertinent confidential
files.
4.      Coordinates with internal and external
clients/offices as needed.
5.      Controls in the allocation of office
supplies.
6.      Performs special duties and
responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.
 
The
candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree and has one year experience
as Secretary.  S/He must have good communication skills (oral and written),
efficient organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, systematic,
meticulous over details and must be proficient in computer applications.
