FYI: I've updated the book template and you can now link to all
rules for easy reference with anchors e.g.
- 001 - Header levels should only increment by one level at a time
=> http://manuscripts.github.io/markdown-lint#MD001
- 002 - First header should be a h1 header
=> http://manuscripts.github.io/markdown-lint#MD002
and so on.
Found another Markdown Style Guide by Ciro Santilli [1]. If you
know anothers or have you own rules / recommendations. Let us know.
