Website feedback going straight to bugzilla would rock. How about doing something similar for all contact? This could create a queue of sorts with feedback that needs to be dealt with. And we can use bugzilla to handle assigning user feedback, info requests, etc and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
I would also be in favor of using bugzilla or something similar to track all marketing tasks. I generally use Jira for this both at work and for foresight, very useful tool.
