[ASF4.2.1] update on release schedule

This email is to keep marketing folks posted on the schedule for ACS 4.2.1 
maintenance release.
The release is mostly ready with work currently going on to fix the release 
notes.
The ACS 4.2.1. GA should be available by end of this week.
