Hi. I was looking to have our company listed as a CloudStack user since our new second generation Cloud Server products are powered by CloudStack. Page 4 of the Adoption Survey (http://cloudstack.apache.org/survey.html) seems to be broken as the form is cut-off at the bottom. This shows up in both Firefox and Chrome. Thanks for your help. Mike
