I'm using this to get FOSS-friendly qualifications referenced to the EQF into schools and colleges. We now have qualifications across the full range of user applications, special needs and the UK National Curriculum in multiple EU languages. We have scope to apply for EU grants to support education development so a partner in Malta would be cool.
