Good question Danishka: I would think TDF opens several "web stores", one that is US based, another one in Europe, another one in Asia, etc.
I would also make sure that what we're discussing is a TDF store designed to fund TDF; anything regional has to be handled by the local/regional NGOs that should ideally be known by and have an agreement with TDF. (and to answer your next question: we have a NGO meeting scheduled in Paris, that's also why it was suggested not to start the present discussion now). best, Charles.
