I think we all face challenging times, with new lockdowns announced in various countries and the hard winter months coming. That's surely not the explanation for everything, but I see myself how low the energy level can be - people might need more time to join a meeting, so let's continue the options you offered, thanks a lot for doing that!
Should there be the need for different times due to timezones, happy to hear it here, so we can arrange something with the various team members to also cover that.
