Looks wonderful and good to have it all in one place. Also I guess anyone can use the design created here to create merchandise.
The possibilities are many. I think it would be great if there is One shop under Sugar for all Sugar related merchandise...with different vendors setting up individual online stores and taking charge of marketing and the delivery of the orders...where you set up a fixed percentage that goes to Sugar Labs. 1. For being the umbrella 2. For use of the brand. 3. For the use of CC Designs Let me know if this idea works for the group because there is an online platform up and running that handles this kind of a structure...I've worked with them during their start-up phase, for online stores for my women of India project. (We are yet to launch the WOI store.) This way you wont need to sign multiple MOUs and track vendor sales and the whole process and communication gets kind of standardised. I could ask for a very concessional rate for all vendors to host and manage the entire system and payment gateway etc. The system is tested and being used by large retailers and is very robust.
