Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) has a number of positions
available for Qt® Software Developers and C++ Programmers. As a member
of the ICS staff, you will be a part of the largest independent supplier
of add-on products, training, and professional services for the Qt
multi-platform framework developed by Nokia. But more importantly, you
will have the opportunity to be involved with a wide variety of
projects, all of which will be on the cutting edge of technology with
their success or failure depending on your skills and knowledge.
This position is to be based in the LA or SF Bay areas at this time.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years Qt programming and solid C++ development experience
* C and object-oriented programming skills and/or GUI experience are
also helpful
* Incredible coding skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Bachelor's degree
* US Citizen or permanent residence visa required
* Incredible insight into all the aspects of software development,
including embedded development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated and have a proven ability to work well in teams
* Able to learn quickly and willing to share knowledge
* Flexible, enjoying a fast-changing, unpredictable environment
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, code, test, document, and support Qt software
applications
* Represent ICS as a Qt user interface expert with various clients
* Due to the nature of Qt, development happens on several operating
systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Macintosh), and the developer
needs to be familiar with at least two of them, and able to work
on the remaining ones
* Participate in customer meetings
