Greetings MARMAM, NOAA Fisheries is requesting public review and comments on the recently released Draft Recovery Plan for the North Pacific right whale. NOAA Fisheries is also requesting public comments on revised 2012 Draft Stock Assessment Reports for 10 stocks in the Atlantic region. The Draft SARs include revisions to abundance estimates and corrections to some bycatch estimates for the 10 stocks.
