Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute North Atlantic Right Whale Aerial 
Observer Job Announcement

Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute (CMARI), a non-profit research 
and conservation organization, is seeking temporary seasonal right whale aerial 
observers ranging from November 2024 through April 2025. These positions are in 
anticipation of research activities to be conducted in the southeastern United 
States, contingent upon funding. Applicants must be able to work for the 
entirety of the project. Aerial survey flights will occur up to five days per 
week. These positions will be required to complete an aviation and marine 
safety/survival training course. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. 
Group housing is provided.
