The Marine Mammal Special Interest Group (SIG) from the Insititute of Marine Engineering, Science and technology (IMarEST) is conducting a short, anonymous survey to better understand the challenges faced by students and early-career individuals with an interest in marine mammals. This includes barriers to accessing internships and jobs, as well as the roles that financial limitations, mental health, accessibility, and social background may play. If you’re currently early-career or have been in that stage recently, the SIG would be incredibly grateful if you could take 3 - 5 minutes to share your experience.
