Dear MARMAM community,
My name is Carla Patulny, and I am a PhD student at Griffith University under
the supervision of Professor Susan Bengtson Nash as part of the Southern Ocean
Persistent Organic Pollutants Program. My research focuses on humpback whale
diet in a changing sea ice ecosystem.
We are currently seeking to establish inter-annual baselines for stable isotope
values in Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba).
I am reaching out to ask if anyone in the community has:

  * Bulk stable isotope data from adult krill collected in the Western
Antarctic Peninsula region during the 2018/19 austral summer, or
  * Adult krill samples from that region and time available.

If you have relevant data or samples, or can advise on potential sources, I
would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss possible collaboration or
data sharing. I’m happy to provide more details about our project if helpful.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Please feel free to
contact me at:
Email: [email protected]
Best regards,
Carla Patulny
