Happy New Year to all MARMAMers! Looking for an internship at the heart of global migratory species conservation? The CMS Secretariat in Bonn, Germany is offering full-time internships (3-6 months) in 2026.
You will work with the Aquatic Species Team of the Secretariat of the Convention on Migratory Species (CMS<https://www.cms.int/>), which also coordinates the ASCOBANS<https://www.ascobans.org/> Agreement, Sharks MOU<https://www.ascobans.org/> and IOSEA Marine Turtle MOU<https://iosea-turtles.cms.int/>. You will contribute through tasks such as desktop research and literature reviews, compiling information, data analysis, supporting preparations for meetings and workshops, and helping shape policies that benefit marine mammals, sea turtles, sharks and rays, freshwater fish, and more. The internships can start at a mutually agreed date anytime in 2026 and run for 3-6 months. Interns will work from the CMS Secretariat office in Bonn, Germany.
