No. MARSS does not control all the timers and IO so there is no way right now to run deterministic simulations. In personal experience when I run benchmarks from checkpoints simulation results doesnt differ a lot. In case of multicore simulations to get similar results make sure of two things,

1 - make sure that majority of simulation was running in userspace and collect only userspace statistics.

2 - create checkpoints after all the user threads are ceeated and assigned to specific cores.
