Hi Avadh,

Thank you very much for this release.

Are there any plans on integrating the latest version of Qemu 0.14 with Marss?
I've noticed a bug in Qemu whereby increasing the simulated memory size causes
a significant slowdown in simulation speed and it affects Qemu 0.12.5 and
possibly even 0.13x. I tested Qemu 0.14 and the issue has been fixed but I'm
not sure which patch is responsible for this.

I started a thread on the Qemu forum a couple of weeks back about this issue
but since the bug is fixed, I doubt we'll get much feedback.

Again, this may not be that big of an issue for Marss, since the ptlsim portion
is the bottleneck when we start a detailed simulation, however it will affect
how long it takes for just Qemu (in its native mode) to reach the point of
interest.

Regards,

Adnan
