Huh, I get this error when starting up runs, but it never seems to matter since the benchmarks run fine anyways.
I think the real reason it isn't found is because you're not providing the -c and -x flags which essentially tell it which binary you want to run ... have you tried: parsecmgmt -a run -x roi -c gcc-hooks ?
