Also, currently I am making big changes to core-models branch that includes new configuration model that allows users to easily change core models and cache parameters. If you are using the latest changes from core-models, please wait for 1-2 days untill I test all the features. Atom model uses new stats module that prints YAML stats file and it does not support histogram feature yet.
