Hi, I am trying to get information about hard to predict branches e.g. pc, misprediction count etc. I am using fprintf to print this info to a text file but after printing one instruction the simulation automatically exits. What can be the problem?
I also used ptl_logfile command to print this info to the logfile but i am mot able print it in hexadecmal form. Is there any way? Thanks -- Chintan Panirwala, Graduate Student at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North Carolina State University.
