Hello, I am unable to compile rayTrace and x264 of parsec benchmark in downloaded qemu image with ROI with gcc-hooks. For rayTrace qemu is gettting aborted, however for x264 its say,
Found no assembler. Minimum version is yasm-0.6.1 If you really want to compile with asm, configure with --disable-asm. I tried to add --disable-asm in the gcc-hooks's config file, still giving same error. Could any one kindly point me how x264 could be compiled and what is the impact of compiling x264 without asm. Even I tried to run the precompiled x264 image with hooks enable, in this case, qemu is getting aborted with some failed assert(physreg->data). Thank you in anticipation. Thanks & Regards Sunil Shah
