Hi,

I have a question about the energy parameter in the ini folder in DRAMSim2.

I would like to calculate the power of DDR3 13-13-13 configuration. In the
.ini file, there are some parameters defined such as refresh_period, IDD0,
IDD2p, IDD2q. I am wondering where could I find the exact value of those
parameters for the DDR3 13-13-13 configuration. I check some JESD sheet, but
still can not find it. And for the file name like
DDR3_micro_8M_8B_x16_sg15, what is the meaning of 8M and sg15. Thank you.
