'icount_decr' is the variable that holds the counter for each CPU Context.
The interesting thing is they decrements this counter after each basic block
count. The global variable used is 'qemu_icount' which is used to keep track
of how many instructions have executed.  I still am in process of
understanding how QEMU maintains this counter.
