You don't have to specify a stats filename. If you want to specify one,
just name it whatever you want (it is an output file).

The machine name corresponds to a machine in the machine configuration
files. You can find a list of machines in config/default.conf look under
the machines field. Example machines are: 'single_core', 'shared_l2',
