Hi All,

I'm struggling to launch MARSS. I follow the steps as per ISCA-2012
tutorial (starting at slide # 109), and work with Ubuntu 11.04 image (with
md5sum verified). I work on a 64-bit server remotely with Ubuntu 10.04 as
the host OS. Compilation goes fine; but, when I issue following command:

qemu/qemu-system-x86_64 ubuntu-natty.qcow2

The terminal messed up with garbage characters. I was waiting for 15-20
minutes to see the VM launched, but nothing happened. When I open another
terminal to see the current process, it shows that qemu-system-x86_64 is
running.

I also tried to follow the steps as per the documentation here :
http://marss86.org/~marss86/index.php/Getting_Started

$qemu/qemu-system-x86_64 -m 500 -hda [path-to-qemu-disk-image]

But, I get the same result. I'm a newbie; never used QEMU or architectural
simulator before. I've no clue at my problem. So, please help me to
understand it, and make me MARSS run-able. Thanks for your suggestions in
advance.

Best Regards,
~BS
