Mostafa, I don't believe we have the source to the binaries in the repository. You could just copy it from the other image that you have, or just write the PTLcall functions in a C file and compile it quickly (probably the easiest option). In this case, you just need to make calls to do a fast-fwd-insns and then ptlsim_checkpoint().
