None of the MARSS team uses IDEs; we all use vim/emacs and gdb. If you
want to use an IDE, that's fine... but you'll have to set it up yourself.

We do our best job to answer questions as accurately and completely as
possible. However, at the end of the day, we, too, are all doctoral
candidates without the time to assist you to that extent.
