Please stop emailing the mailing list everyday with the same question. We know you are having a problem. Unfortunately there are only 2 of us developing MARSS on top of doing our own research. Both of us are graduate students, we are not being paid to add features and fix bugs actively nor do we have the time to do so.
When we have some down time one of us will look into this problem, until then you'll have to try and work this problem out yourself.
