I'm trying to increase the Issue Queue size in the simulator. I changed the
value OOO_ISSUE_Q_SIZE in ooo-const.h. However when I did it the
assert(!bit(valid, slot)) of insert in IssueQueue (ooo-exec) is failing. When I
printed out the issue queue I found out that there is a uop with tag value
65535. Is there something else which I should change when I'm changing
OOO_ISSUE_Q_SIZE?
