Hi All,
I am trying to fastforward 10 billion instructions/core in an 8-core setup.
4 of these cores run MCF and the remaining 4 run libquantum. This is how I
am creating checkpoints a:
./create_checkPointAfter 80000m FF_check;
Assigning benchmarks to cores using taskset command;
./stop_sim
I am getting the following messages during fastforward:
INFO: rcu_sched detected stalls on CPU's tasks : {0} (detected by 5 ,t=
15004 jiffies).
CheckPoint is created and when I run with the created checkpoint using the
-loadvm option, the following messages are shown in the VM console:
BUG: soft lockup-CPU#3 stuck for 40s(libquantum_base.i386)
The simulation is halted and the log shows
Unsupported internal exception type DivideOverflow
Please suggest what has to be done to overcome these error messages.
