Hello I'm Byungkwon. I'm a graduate student in KAIST, Korea. I have researched to improve the performance of multi-pattern matching algorithm by changing cache design and prefetching type. In order to do this, I use MARSS simulator.
My question is how I can change cache line size and prefetching type. When I change config/default.conf and config/l1_cache.conf file to change cache line size, it is not reflected. At first, I compile MARSS using '*scons -Q*' command and I run MARSS using '*qemu/qemu-system-x86_64 -nographic ubuntu-natty.qcow2*' command. Is there any fault?
