you can find our docs on http://www.biomart.org/install.html
(follow the link - "complete BioMart docs in pdf format". There is a
section
there on MEditor. If you want to try a naive option you can connect to
ensembl_mart_38
(host ensembldb.ensembl.org, user anonymous, no password, database
ensembl_mart_38, schema ensembl_mart_38)
