Attributes should have a 'dependsOn' and 'dependsOnType' if their usability depends on another attribute having been selected. eg. upstream_flank and downstream_flank should have a 'dependsOnType' of 'any' and 'dependsOn' should be a comma-separated list of sequence attribute names, e.g. 'gene,transcript' etc. - everything except 'peptide' should be in this list. The two 'dependsOnType' possible values are 'any' and 'all' - 'any' indicates that if at least one of the listed 'dependsOn' attributes is selected, then this one will be enabled. 'all' indicates that _all_ of the 'dependsOn' attributes must be selected before this one becomes available. I think this means two extra fields for MartEditor!
