Hi Marina,
finally had a chance to look at your schema. I haven't received
your use cases yet (or somehow missed your email) but
on the first look it seems to me like your schema is centered
around reagents, which could be a good starting point
for your dataset (ei, 'create dataset - choose reagents table)
This will create a dataset based on flattening ~13 tables
from your original schema.
I can't really say anything more until I see your questions/use cases.
