Hello Damian,
the region I have used is rat Chr10: 92448354-100633848 and the corresponding markers are: D10Rat142 and D10Rat11.
Also region Chr8:51376772-52822796 and markers D8Rat42 and D8Arb23.
Best wishes,
Klio.

Hi Klio,

There was an error in our configuration for the rat marker end filter so it was doing a >= 100633848 rather than <= in the SQL. This will be fixed in the upcoming release (27th Feb) but for now use the actual base pair values as filters.

apologies for the inconvenience

best wishes
Damian

If under Filters I use the chromosome number along with base start and end positions to query biomart, then I get a specific number of genes that are in this genomic interval. However, if I repeat this query using marker names for start and end, then I get a different number of genes for the same genomic interval. The sequence start and end positions that I use are based on the sequence positions of the markers.

Hi Klio,

can you give me an example of a marker pair you are using and the
corresponding sequence region you are using so I can go ahead and debug
the problem

best wishes
