Hi, Our disk is getting filled up by the BioMart error log, which complains (repeatedly) of:
Use of uninitialized value in join or string at /home/croft/Reactome/BioMart/biomart-perl/lib/BioMart/DatasetI.pm line 1282.
Is there any quick fix that I can use to stop it doing this? Should I simply comment the print line out? Cheers, David.
