Hi,
this is to let you know that BioMart has now been set up as a separate
project
in the Sanger CVS repository and you can no longer use Ensembl settings
to checkout the code. In order to do a cvs checkout and/or continue
receiving latest fixes you will have to
login as follows:
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/biomart login
(password CVSUSER)
and checkout as below:
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/biomart co -r
release-0_5 my_biomart_module
The docs on www.biomart.org have been updated accordingly
