Could you please do a little test by using www.biomart.org/biomart/martview select some filter to decrease the size of export, then export to browser. Can you see results there in the new window. If so, could you please tell me whats the first line of HTML code there. In my setup this line is there and the results gets displayed perfectly fine. May be I am missing something here.
