I got exon data from biomart data mining tool. but I found
for multi exons, the exon positions are not sorted.
can you please tell me why?
for example
>Y|ENSG00000092377|6838727|7019724|1569|6906254;6953076;6949490;6838727;6840129|6906284;6953125;6949578;6839023;6840213|7019534|7019724|6999774;7015308;6998237;6906254;7018130;6953076;6949490;6998761;6838727;6840129;7019513;6991938;6971021;6999601;7002601;7008773;7014331;7013939|6999871;7015473;6998369;6906284;7018231;6953183;6949578;6998902;6839023;6840213;7019724;6992190;6971166;6999664;7002661;7008894;7014458;7014013|protein_coding
5'UTR start positons:
...6906254;6953076;6949490...
you can find 6906254 < 6953076 > 6949490
