Hi Jay >From Ensembl GENE, unfortunately its not possible. However, you may retrieve the data from BioMart Ensembl HOMOLOGY for 1-1 species, and then stitch them together. It also provides linking to ENSEMBL GENE attributes which you might be interested in.
