Hi, We are having problems with our BioMart databases. The problem is that we exceed our connection limit for our MySQL server. We increased the limit once already, but it only delayed the error. We are wondering if it is possible that BioMart is not closing a db connection when it is finished.
So my questions are: What file(s) are responsible for the db connection? How does BioMart handle the db connections?
