sorry for the growing list of bug reports, but we are testing our
interface to BioMart :)
We try to install a local martservice, but we get this error:
ERROR something wrong with your registry:
Dataset 'gaculeatus_gene_ensembl' is duplicated in
virtualSchema 'BioMart::Configuration::VirtualSchema=HASH(0xa6ea388)-
>name'
Please rename datasets in meta_conf tables or separate
conflicting datasets
into different virtual schemas in defaultMartRegistry.xml
etc...
indeed, the url
http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?
type=attributes&dataset=gaculeatus_gene_ensembl
says:
"Dataset name conflict for gaculeatus_gene_ensembl. Need to further
qualify with the virtualSchemaName as well"
