Hi Mike

I would like to know a little more about your configuration. please send
me the following:

1- when you do perl bin/configure.pl conf/YOUR_registry.xml --clean,
please send me onscreen responses.

2- send me your biomart-perl/conf/settings.conf

3- send me your registry file, and did you first try configuring (step
1-) with conf/martDBLocation.xml ?, if not try that too, kill and
restart your server and see what comes in your logs/error_log

4- send me your biomart-perl/conf/httpd.conf

many thanks
