[mart-dev] Select all (attributes), clear all (attributes and filters) magic buttons

Hi,
In response to feedback from our users, is there a way to implement (if 
such a solution does not already exist) a reset button to reset the 
controls on the page (attributes or filters pages) and a button to 
select all the checkboxes (list box controls and other controls are 
excluded).
