The current release 48 (and all future releases) is on MySQL server martdb.ensembl.org port 5316. All available older releases (47 and before) are on martdb.ensembl.org port 3316. You can use any of these to set up your own MartView. Also, Ensembl Archive ( http://archive.ensembl.org/ ) allows you to view the various Ensembl installations of MartView over time. However, the 42 archive does not have this feature as the 42 release did not include an Ensembl installation of BioMart.
