Do you have the same user rights on the other system ? Looks like your user doesn't have the necessary write permissions. However, when I try and port my work to a different server, I can't get Biomart to work at all. I have copied across my registry file and ensured that my httpd.conf file is good after running the configure/pl script, but all I am able to view is the Biomart starting page. Clicking on "Start MartView Session" creates a 500 Internal Server error message. I include as an attachment the relevant error message from the apache error log.
