Syed - No, I have my own Mart, and "Ensembl" and "Ensembl MSD" in my first drop down.
Yippee - I have solved it; MartEditor was forgetting my LinkName somehow in my importable field. It now works and I get my mmusculus NCBIM37 as an additional dataset.
