The last couple of days I get the following error from the BioMart web
service, using the Ensembl BioMart:
Query ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Could not connect to
mysql database ensembl_mart_49: DBI
connect('database=ensembl_mart_49;host=martdb.ensembl.org;port=5316','anonymous',...)
failed: Too many connections at
/ebi/www/biomart/www/biomart-perl-06/lib/BioMart/Configuration/DBLocation.pm
line 98
If I try the same query a few moments later it usually works.
