Hi Christophe,
Sadly this is a limitation in the BioMart 0.6 release - relative URLs
default to a single default site, which is www.ensembl.org in the case
of biomart.org. I believe that this limitation will be addressed in
the 0.7 BioMart release in may (syed - correct me if wrong)? For now
you need to use gramene.org to get the correct links.
